The Rota Foundation awarded the South Hall Community Food Pantry a $5,000 grant to help us continue to be able to purchase food for the growing number of clients that we’re serving. They recognize and support our mission to provide 3-4 nutritious meals every month, helping to shield families from the daunting dilemma of choosing between paying for housing or food.

The primary objective of the Rota Foundation is to award grants to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations where the funds can have a direct positive impact to their mission. The Food Pantry is honored to be the recipient of this generous gift, and as an organization that has no paid staff or directors, the money from the Foundation will go directly toward helping neighbors right here in Hall County.
