We've said it before in other posts talking about our volunteers that "many hands make light work," but sometimes we forget the many hands doing all the work behind the scenes.  It takes a lot more than the volunteers you see during our Open Hours (Mon 4-6pm, Thu 10am-Noon, Sat 10am-Noon) to make it possible for us to provide food to the many families that come to us each month.

Every Friday (and other days, too!) our Stocking Crew spends 3 - 4 hours restocking shelves, rotating inventory and unloading pallets from the Georgia Mountains Food Bank (GMFB).  Other volunteers throughout the week pick up our bread donations and pickup and bring those pallets just mentioned from the GMFB to our Pantry.

Without these generous behind the scenes volunteers, there's no way the volunteers you see could do what they do.  We're very grateful to all of them!
